Terms of service

These terms govern use of VendorFlow: Vendor Statements provided by Drag Digital. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for vendor agreements, payout percentages, opening balances, transaction adjustments, tax treatment, and verifying every statement before making a payment. The app is an administrative tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify according to the plan and trial displayed when you approve the charge. You may downgrade or cancel through the app or Shopify. Shopify applies its billing and proration rules to approved charges.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or Shopify policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the app during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.
