Privacy policy

Drag Digital provides VendorFlow: Vendor Statements, a Shopify application that helps merchants calculate and record amounts payable to product vendors.

Information we process

We process the merchant shop domain, Shopify authentication and billing records, product vendor names, vendor contact details entered by the merchant, order identifiers, line-item vendor names and monetary amounts, refunds, ledger entries, and statement settings. The app does not request customer names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or customer email addresses.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the merchant, synchronize eligible Shopify orders, calculate vendor earnings, maintain ledgers, provide support, administer subscriptions, and generate statements.

Sharing and storage

Data is shared only with Shopify and infrastructure providers required to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited to operating and supporting the application.

Retention and deletion

Store data is deleted when the application receives an uninstall or Shopify shop-redaction request. Applicable customer-order references are removed when Shopify sends a customer-redaction request. Backup copies expire according to the infrastructure backup schedule.

Your choices

Merchants can edit or remove vendor information within the app and can uninstall at any time. Privacy requests may also be initiated through Shopify. Questions can be sent to info@drag-digital.com.
