Does the app send money to vendors?
No. VendorFlow records what is owed and helps you create statements. You continue to make vendor payments through your chosen bank or payment provider.
How are vendors connected to orders?
The app uses the Vendor field on Shopify products. Connect that vendor name to a ledger vendor, then eligible paid orders and refunds can be synchronized.
Can I change a balance or record a payment?
Yes. Add manual ledger entries for adjustments, opening balances, and payments so each statement reflects your real vendor agreement.
Can I use my own branding on statements?
You can add your logo on the Free plan. Growth and Pro plans also include PDF customization and general settings.
